1. About us
The store is operated by Orladotrilho, Unipessoal Lda. Identification and contact details are available on the Legal Information page.

2. Second-hand products
The iPhones sold are second-hand devices. Each product page shows the model, storage capacity, condition and included accessories, as well as any relevant notes available about that specific unit. Please read the device description before placing your order; if you need more information, contact us.

3. Orders and prices
Prices, availability and product details are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. An order is complete only after confirmation is displayed at checkout and an order confirmation is sent by email.

4. Shipping
Available destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before purchase is confirmed. Please see the Shipping Policy for the destinations currently enabled.

5. Returns
For distance purchases, consumers have, where applicable, 14 days to notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase. Requests must be initiated using the contact form and include the order number. Orladotrilho covers the direct cost of the return. See the Refund Policy for the full steps.

6. Conformity of second-hand goods
Consumers’ statutory rights regarding product conformity remain unaffected. For purchases governed by Portuguese law, the liability period for lack of conformity of a second-hand movable good is 18 months only where the consumer has expressly agreed to this, through a separate request at checkout. For other purchases, the mandatory rules of the country whose law protects the consumer apply.

8. Consumer rights
These terms do not restrict any rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable law.
