When the percentage is available, it appears on the product page. If it says “To be confirmed”, please ask us about that item before purchasing.
Where can I find information about shipping, returns and warranty?
You have 14 days to request a return, where applicable. Start the request using the contact form; Orladotrilho covers the direct cost of return shipping. For purchases subject to Portuguese law, the 18-month period for used goods requires your express agreement in the cart. See the shipping and return policies and terms. Any mandatory rights applicable to your purchase remain in effect.
