Right of withdrawal
For online purchases made by consumers, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the iPhone, without giving a reason.

How to request a return
Within this period, submit your request using the form on the Contact Us page, stating your order number and the device you wish to return. We will reply with the instructions needed to arrange the return.

Return costs
Orladotrilho covers the direct cost of return shipping when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please wait for our instructions before sending the device.

Refund
Refunds will be processed within the time limits and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the device or proof that it has been sent. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Handling the device
You may inspect the iPhone as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the device’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Lack of conformity
The right of withdrawal is separate from statutory rights relating to a lack of conformity. If you identify a problem with the device, please contact us using the form so we can assess the situation. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under law.
